A.San San Beach: San San beach is the best beach for snorkeling. The whole marine life
area around San San beach is protected by law. No fish shooting, fishing or fast boats are allowed here. Great for swimming,
snorkeling and wind surfing, the water is warm and shallow. There are some reefs a few yards from the shore
that offer good snorkeling. Just across from the beach is the beautiful Pelew Island, also known as Princess Island, which
is also great for snorkeling or just lazing if you are up to the swim there. This is a private beach, entry fee is $8US.

B. Frenchman's Cove: Frenchman's cove is a nice beautiful beach what is on a small hotel property.
The garden and entrance are beautifully landscaped and there is a fresh water river flowing over the property. The water is
safe to swim and there is a rescue guard on duty. Outside showers are available to wash off the sand in addition to the
fresh water stream. Changing facilities are also provided. You can rent lounge chairs and have lunch served at tableThere
are food and drinks for sale (normal prices). The entrance price is $4US.

C. Winnifred Beach: Entrance, take a right turn by reaching Jamaican Crest Hotel in Fairy Hill,
right again and you follow this road till next left, follow this and it brings you finally by the beach. This beach is
one of the most popular beaches by visitors and locals. On the holiday weekends you will found a lot of people and most of
the times there is playing a sound system. You can eat the best food by "Lick them Fingers" a restaurant run by Cynthia and
Painter. One of the biggest and most appealing public beaches. The wide, golden crescent of sand is popular with local citizens
and visitors looking for an informal, lively setting. The small reef just offshore is perfect for snorkeling (bring
your own gear) and protects the bay from the waves ensuring clear, calm, bright-blue water that shelves gently from the sand.
At the eastern end a small mineral spring offers a fresh water rinse. This beach is public, no entry fee.

D. Dragon Bay Beach Resort villas and great reef snorkeling. Dining, dancing and refreshments
are also available. This beach is private, no fee.

E. Boston Bay This small beach is the most famous for surfers. It's a right or left hand point
break depending on swell direction. Breaks all year but best in Winter and Summer. Home of the famous Jamaican JerkChicken
and Jerk Pork. Take in the gorgeous beach and some great food with roasted bread fruit and cold Red Stripe beer, a great
beach picnic. This beach is public, no entry fee.

F. Long Bay Beach: Long Bay Beach is also called hidden paradise beach. This beach is not at
all over crowded and it's a perfect place to Take a cheap jamaica vacation and have a drink with the locals. The sea is wild and
the North end of the beach has the most consistant waves on the East Coast. This is not always a safe beach for
the smallest children so keep a eye on them do to large waves.
NOTE: for every swimmer in Long Bay Beach, only swim where you see others swimming, do not swim far
out and keep a eye on each other during swimming. There is sometimes a STRONG under current.

G. Holland Bay: Near Morant Point Lighthouse. This beach is situated in the next Parish, St Thomas.
This is a hidden away beach, what is beautiful for swimming, most of the times it is you alone there.There are NO drinks or
food on sale. Entrance is free.

J. Blue Lagoon
It is not really a beach, but it is a great place to swim and relax. Famous 180 ft. deep lagoon with natural hot springs
and spectacular scenery. Go snorkeling or use the lagoon to get in some laps, the beauty is tough to beat. The Blue
Lagoon, "Blue Hole" to the locals, is fed by hundreds of natural mineral springs. Although some of the locals claim
there is a sea monster that lives deep within the Blue Hole, the famed oceanographer Jacques Cousteau claims to have dived
down to 200 feet and found no bottom and no sea monster. This is a private swimming hole Jamaican vacation package, no
